Bag Dust Collector Working Principle

          When dust-laden gas enters the bag dust collector, the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section and the action of the air distribution plate cause larger dust particles to settle into the hopper due to gravity and inertia. Fine, low-density dust particles proceed into the filtration chamber, where they are deposited on the surface of the filter bags through combined effects including Brownian diffusion and fiber interception. The purified gas then enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the outlet via the fan.The resistance of the bag dust collector increases as dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bags. When the resistance reaches a predetermined set value, the pulse valve is controlled to open. When the pulse valve opens, compressed air from the air tank expands through the Venturi tube and uniformly enters the filter bags, creating an instantaneous positive pressure inside them. This generates powerful vibrations that dislodge the dust deposited on the filter material, causing it to fall into the hopper. The collected dust is then discharged into the dust container through the ash discharge valve.
